schools have somemany rules on how to behave, what you can and cannont wear , even which side or the stiar to walk up and down on.
Some rules are reasonable but others are down right ridiculous what are your thoughts?

Most rules are reasonable... Some that I think are pointless:
-The gum rule: we still chew it, have it, trade it, eat it, all that. In fact when teachers tell us to spit it out, we either spit out half of it, or eat a new piece as soon as they look away.
-cell phone rule: STUPID! we still bring them, we still ext and all that, so suck it up and let us bring them, only confiscate them if we are using them in class.
-I pod rule: some people use music to concentrate. During all independent study we should be able to use them. We have a really uptight teacher who doesn't want to see them even if we're inside during recess, or in the process of going out to recess, or even if we are in school after-school . Again, I repeat: STUPID.
Stairs rule: kinda makes sense, but if teachers go beserk with it, it becomes unreasonable.
Library Silence rule: again, like the above, if this rule is completely ignored, or enforced too strictly, it becomes unreasonable.
Most rules are made for reasons but these reasons can often be illogical. Again, there's a thin line between rules/limitations and common sense/logic.
